1. Service Engagement

Vigilantcore provides specialized Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) consulting, gap analysis, and regulatory liaison services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Audit Independence & Integrity

As independent EHS auditors, our findings are based strictly on documented evidence and physical observations. We maintain absolute operational independence from client management structures to ensure unbiased reporting to relevant authorities (such as ISO registrars or the CPCB/SPCB).

We strictly prohibit any attempts to falsify compliance records, pressure our auditors, or misrepresent facility conditions. Discovery of such actions will result in immediate termination of the engagement and potential reporting to statutory bodies.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom methodologies, training materials, digital dashboards, risk matrices, and proprietary software provided by Vigilantcore remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vigilantcore EHS, unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these deliverables internally for the purpose of maintaining their compliance.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Vigilantcore strives to provide the highest standard of regulatory insight, final accountability for environmental compliance, workplace safety, and accident prevention rests solely with the client organization's designated occupiers/factory managers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigilantcore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to our services or any regulatory fines imposed on the client.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. Both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith prior to initiating formal litigation.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
